FCPA Tracker last week added corruption-related investigation disclosures by three fund managers and a national government.
The four new disclosures all mentioned the Odebrecht corruption scandal.
Odebrecht is a Brazilian conglomerate operating in the engineering, construction, chemicals, and petrochemicals industries. It resolved an FCPA enforcement action in December 2016. The enforcement included parallel actions by Brazil and Switzerland.
FCPA Tracker now has 120 entries, up from 116 in June.
The disclosures by the funds and the national government were first reported by the FCPA Blog, and based on data from FCPA Tracker.
